Active Success and Empowerment Initiative (ASEI) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to uplifting lives through impactful advocacy, empowerment, and support initiatives. Since our founding in 2010, we have been committed to defending human rights, eradicating poverty, enhancing healthcare, and promoting public safety and security. Our work is driven by a passion for justice, community engagement, and a relentless pursuit of social impact.

We’re here to uplift lives

In response to Nigeria's growing public safety and security challenges, ASEI established the ASEI Security Vanguards of Nigeria (ASEVON). ASEVON is a voluntary membership initiative aimed at complementing government efforts and supporting existing security frameworks to protect citizens' lives and property. It focuses on public awareness, citizen engagement, community policing, intelligence sharing, emergency management supports and reinforcing government efforts to address safety gaps across the country.

1. Human Rights Defense and Advocacy

ASEI champions the rights of the underprivileged by providing legal aid, representation and advocacy for those facing injustice. We have defended over 1,068 individuals in court and secured government pardons for more than 500 inmates.

2. Poverty Eradication and Empowerment Initiatives

We empower individuals economically through grants, donations, skills training, and entrepreneurship support. ASEI has supported over 5,000 Nigerians with resources to improve their livelihoods.

3. Healthcare and Environmental Support

ASEI provides medical support, health education, and environmental sustainability programs to enhance the well-being of vulnerable communities.

4. Public Safety and Security Advocacy (NEW)

Through the ASEI Security Vanguards of Nigeria (ASEVON), we engage in community policing, intelligence sharing, and public awareness initiatives to support the existing security and public safety architecture.

5. Community Engagement and Collaboration

ASEI actively partners with communities, stakeholders, and authorities to address social issues, promote dialogue, and work collectively toward a safer and more just society.
